Account Deletion
Krafii lets users request permanent account deletion from within the app. We use OTP verification before deleting an account so we can confirm the request came from the account owner.
How Deletion Works
Deletion is initiated in-app and requires email OTP confirmation before the request is completed.
- Open the Krafii app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and review the warning carefully.
- Request a one-time password sent to the email linked to your account.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP to confirm permanent deletion.
Important
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you may lose access to your Krafii profile, chats, preferences, and marketplace activity that is not required to be retained.
Data We May Still Retain
- completed transaction, payout, refund, and wallet records
- dispute, fraud-prevention, abuse, and security investigation records
- logs, backups, and audit trails retained for a limited period
- records we must keep for tax, accounting, regulatory, or legal reasons
