How Krafii Thinks About Privacy
Krafii is a trust-based marketplace. That means we only collect the information we need to run the platform, protect users, process payments, support disputes, and build a safer artisan economy.
This Privacy Policy applies when you use Krafii's mobile app, website, customer support channels, payment flows, waitlists, onboarding forms, and related services.
It covers artisans, customers, prospective artisans, invited testers, and anyone who contacts us about Krafii.
At launch, Krafii is onboarding artisans first to build a trusted supply network. Some features may be rolled out gradually, but this policy applies to the data we process across the platform as it operates from time to time.
